Making film
scans smarter
Use Exif-Max to capture important metadata for your film photos including Camera, Lens, DateTime and Location.
Use Exif-Max: The Lab to easily pair this data with your film scans. Import the new files into your favourite photo library to utilise automatic sorting and more useful features.

Our Mission
Computer Friendly Films Scans
Before Exif-Max your scans were either split from your main Library or left in a random folder somewhere with a complicated naming convention. Using Exif-Max and Exif-Max: The Lab, we have created a simple system to capture and pair metadata together with your final scans. Now, these scans join your digital library, sorted automatically just like a regular digital photograph.

How does it work?
We have several, easy to follow tutorials on our Youtube channel, below is a quick overview of what Exif Data is and how Exif-Max works.
1
Capture
When taking a photo, simply press Exif-Max's frame capture button to save essential information automatically.
2
Pair
Using Exif-Max: The Lab, pair up the data with your images and ensure the correct photo gets the correct data.
3
That's it!
Import into your preferred photo library like Lightroom, Apple Photos or even Flickr. Because Exif Data is an industry standard all these platforms and more are compatible.
